Sinclair who discovered gold here in 1894, is the Gateway to WA and the
Nullarbor
Norseman is the main
town for the Shire of Dundas whose boundaries extend East to the WA/SA border
and West to the wheat belt.
The shire covers 93,000km² and encompasses the stunning
scenery on the Nullarbor and amazing landscapes of the Great Western
Woodlands. It is a fascinating mix of history, heritage, nature and mining with
a touch of modern here and there, perfect for tourists to explore.
